This site is operated by TAF (Shanghai) Storage Equipment Co., Ltd., using the business name TAF Racking. Contact: sales@tafracking.com.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the details you enter and any PDF or DWG drawing you choose to upload. The form is transmitted to our website server and sent to the TAF sales mailbox for review. Email links still open your email application.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss a potential business relationship, prepare a project-specific commercial response, and keep records needed for normal business administration. We do not sell personal information.
Website operation
Our hosting, domain and content-delivery providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type and access logs. Form submissions are processed by our Vercel-hosted endpoint, stored as inquiry records in our connected database, and sent as notifications through Resend. Uploaded drawings are attached to the notification email; only the filename is kept in the inquiry record. We use a hash of the source IP for submission rate limiting.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete contact information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and business-record obligations. Email sales@tafracking.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
