Requirement-led review
Share pallet details, layout, loads and intended use so a configuration can be discussed with the right constraints in view.
Project-based beam-rack supply
Heavy-duty beam-rack projects discussed around your drawings, loads, quantities and destination.
The TAF approach
We start with the intended use, dimensions, loads, quantities and delivery terms. Product suitability and commercial terms are confirmed only against final project information.
Share pallet details, layout, loads and intended use so a configuration can be discussed with the right constraints in view.
Components, surface treatment, packing and quantities are subject to the final drawings and written confirmation.
Prices, production timing, delivery terms and technical requirements are confirmed in the quotation and contract for each project.
Industrial finish options
TAF presentations use RAL 7035 light grey, RAL 5017 traffic blue and RAL 2004 pure orange as the industrial visual direction. Surface preparation, coating system, gloss, colour match and component allocation are confirmed against the approved project specification.
Light grey · accessories / project finish reference
Traffic blue · upright visual direction
Pure orange · beam visual direction
Confirmed product direction
Frame and beam configurations are evaluated against the project's final dimensions, loads and drawings.

A custom rack project should start with the information you already have. We review the requirements first, then confirm the commercial proposal only against the project scope.
Custom project terms: EXW factory collection is available. Typical production is 20 days after drawings are approved and the deposit is received.

Project checklist
Rack type, pallet size, load, levels or height, quantity or layout, destination and target timing.
Project brief checklist
You do not need every answer before contacting us. A layout, building drawing, pallet photo or a short list of known facts is enough to start a project conversation.
Usable length × width, layout, column locations, doors and dock positions when available.
Clear height, lowest obstruction, sprinkler clearance and floor slab information if known.
Loaded pallet length × width × height and the intended pallet orientation.
Maximum load per pallet, intended levels or pallet positions, and quantity required.
Forklift type, aisle preference and how pallets need to be accessed or moved.
Destination, target timing, and any layout, drawing, BOM or photos already available.
What happens next: the factory reviews the actual project before confirming drawings, technical details, packing, weight, volume, EXW price and timing.
Buyer questions
TAF is positioned for warehouse equipment dealers, integrators, wholesalers and project buyers requiring repeatable factory-direct supply.
Share product type, dimensions, load requirements, quantity, destination and target timing. Drawings or a bill of materials are helpful when available.
